Mediterranean Villa

Located in Vista Alegre, this seaside villa is surrounded by multiple terraces and lounge areas, making it the ideal home from which to enjoy all of the perks that the Mediterranean has to offer. Originally conceived by renowned architect Luis Gascon, the home in its current state was enhanced by internationally recognized architect Guillermo Bañares.

Equipped with WiFi as well as a state of the art sound system throughout, the home is at the height of technology as well as modernity which is present in the home’s finishes and furnishings. The home’s common areas are each occupied by furniture designed with clean lines and supple white fabrics, accompanied by surprising design elements, such as fireplaces suspended from the ceiling as well as industrial cement and natural wood finishes. The living room is comfortably furnished and the kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances and utensils.  The dining area boasts plenty of seating for guests – sea views abound from each common area and offer inspiration around every turn.

Seaside Suites

Upstairs, the master suite has a custom bed as well as en suite bathroom, both of which enjoy the same incredible, infinite view that is enjoyed from the room’s private terrace – a dreamy place for coffee and conversation. Rounding out this level are two additional guest bedrooms, each with king size beds and en suite bathrooms, as well as an office with home cinema, desk and two computers.

Downstairs, guests will find four additional guest suites, the first of which has a king size bed with en suite bathroom, shower and tub, accompanied by a spectacular sea view. The remaining three suites have split king beds and en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom is air conditioned and synced with home automation.

The home’s exterior will inspire awe in each and every guest with its unbelievable views, once in a lifetime infinity pool, patio spaces, ping pong table, foosball table, grill and lawn. Just below the home is a boat dock with a private boat, which can comfortably accommodate twelve guests and comes with a skipper ready to navigate the journey.
